Much cheaper than Adobe Photoshop, and it's not that much behind in terms of features.
- Corel Draw (Commercial)
GIF Animation Tools
Color Selectors
-
Kath-Rock Software Color Coder (Freeware)
Color Coder is a freeware application that removes the complexity of selecting colors.
It supports QB colors, RGB color selection, system color, and the selection/capture of
a color displayed on the screen. Selected color is outputted in QB color code, RGB
color code, decimal color code, hex color code, and Visual Basic color code.
